My Journey into the GAMING Industry… Business!! Day 53
Hi Guys
Here is the update for the last few weeks
I live in South Africa and there is a problem with the electricity provider (ESKOM)!!
Firstly, I need to address the matter of why I have not been online as frequently as in the past, and why I have not shared any new articles in some time.
The reason is because of Eskom
Eskom is cutting power more frequently than ever before!!
It has consequently reduced the amount of work I can complete each day. This, when compared to earlier periods when the power was not cut, is relatively little work done.
However, I have been able to increase the efficiency of my work processes and proficiency in some necessary skills.
As a result, I’ve been able to complete more work than I normally could in a shorter period of time.
SO HERE IS THE DAYS!!…
08/12/22 — Today I got a new sub.
10/12/22 — Project 1 has seen significant impacts, but much work still needs to be done.
12/12/22 — Today was the final video for Saints Row base game. Three DLC pieces are scheduled for release in the coming year, which I will also be recording.
THE REVIEW…
My review of Saints Row
Firstly, I loved this game. It was a game anyone could just go and play and have lots of fun in…
That being said there were a lot of bugs in this game… way to many.
Sometimes it broke my game, but never to the point I was not going back, but to the point that I could feel they should have fix the bugs before release… maybe a month extra in development would have made this game better.
The game is a riot of joy.
It has some of the outrageous action sequences that video games have come to be known for as well as some little criminal activity.
The new group presents a welcoming different viewpoint while still sounding and acting “like the saints”.
It offers a variety of entertaining activities, including sky gliding and photo possibilities.
The beginning of the story, when you build your boss, is quite captivating, and it manages to remain entertaining the entire time.
There are many alternatives for building your boss, and you may choose from a large variety of outfits to keep your character feeling distinctive.
With satisfying weight behind your larger guns, gunplay is enjoyable.
Instead of collecting a hamburger to keep in inventory for a health pack, I like the momentum-type health meter where you heal from taking down foes and killing them.
There are several amusing jokes that were included that have made me laugh.
There is also a role-play aspect of the game you play as the boss and the character plays as BOSSONIUS in the Dustmoot Event which is a LARP Event. I enjoyed these missions completely… (If you don’t understand please click the link below and it will take you to a wiki)
In conclusion, I enjoyed playing Saints Row!!! And if you are into games that make you laugh, you should check out this game too…
I give this recommendation a 9 out of 10.

From tomorrow, fresh new content will be uploaded and made public.
Today I also started Pentiment and Mad Max video editing.
13/12/22 — I just noticed this today…
A new milestone hit over 50 hours of watch time now…
Very happy to see that viewers are watching my content!!
15/12/22 — One of the video files has become corrupted, it was video footage of Mad Max gameplay. I will have to replay some parts of the game to get the video footage once again…
There were about 2 to 3 hours of gameplay footage corrupted which led me to lose a lot of extra time…
On project one, I have also made some progress.
Additionally, we’ll be relocating to the new premises in the upcoming month or so.
As we will be relocating, I won't have the same amount of time as I do now, which means I won't be able to upload new articles until we have set up the offices.
17/12/22 — Eskom has started turning the power off more frequently over the past week, and I have been unable to complete any work. There simply isn’t enough time for the power to stay on to complete any significant work!!!
As a result, I have not been able to get this article online.
20/12/22 — I just received this today, a new achievement
21/12/22 — I now have access to new resources in the YouTube studio, including data on the hours my viewers are online and consuming my content.

Now I can tell when my audience is accessing my stuff!!
Getting this information took a while. I suppose it’s because there wasn’t enough information available about my audience to provide me with accurate information.
27/12/22 — I recently published a video, and I just received a new comment. This is the comment.
“hi I’m here my friend, I enjoyed watching your video”

28/12/22 — Today when I visited Medium, I noticed that I now have 230 followers.
I am surprised and overjoyed that I have a supportive community here that is slowly expanding.
I am also aware that I haven’t posted a new article because of Eskom power outages, which have been getting worse and leaving me with little time to do anything other than record gameplay and edit it. However, I appreciate all of my followers because it means a lot to me. Thank you all.
I’ve been attempting to automate the most of my routine tasks over the past few weeks so that I may free up more time for actual work. So far, I’ve been successful in automating one task, and today I completed a second, but I still need to test it to see whether it works.
(04/01/23) It worked, and now that both of these tasks are operating, I have a lot more time to get real work done!!
29/12/22 — I haven’t played any Steam games in a while, but I just started doing so this month. I’m startled to learn that they keep track of all our gaming statistics, so here are the numbers I obtained for this year.
Very fascinating, and if everything develops as I expect, these statistics will increase significantly by the following year.
A NEW MILESTONE
4k views marks a new record today.
31/12/22 — Hit A New Milestone
Doing fantastic in terms of growth, with over 250 views in the last 48 hours and a high of 266 at 5 am this morning.
At noon today, I’ll update with the fresh information and the number of views from yesterday.
That ought to set a new record.
TODAY marks a new accomplishment.
This sets the highest amount of views in 1 day a total of 150 views…

New Milestone-
First time every hour throughout a 48-hour period has been filled.
Today has been 1 of the best days of growth for me and this company!!!

01/01/23–11:47 Well, we’ve reached a new milestone: 300 views in 48 hours.
With 191 view for today…
With 4.3 watch hours, this is more than any other day thus far.
02/01/23 — Another great achievement for today
200+ views
281 views
And 5.7 watch hours, which is a record,
This also indicates that I have clocked over 100 watch hours.
Unfortunately, I lost a subscriber today, but at least the number of views has increased.
Next milestone — 16:34
Currently, there have been more than 2 views in the past 48 hours!
Which implies I’ve had at least two views every hour, which is a fantastic accomplishment.
05/01/23 — New achievements
I just calculated I need 200 000 views to make 4000 watch hours…
I am at 5000 views right now
200 000–5000 =195 000
so another 195 000 views to go…
In order to identify a clear goal and what I need to do to achieve it, I have created a spreadsheet today for tracking the targets to hit on YouTube. This spreadsheet will also relate to goals that will be added later.
Today’s goal:

This spreadsheet will be updated often…
06/01/23 — I’ve calculated that I should have 10,000 views by the end of January this month, that is about 200 views a day… but what truly worries me is the fact that I only 14 subscribers. I’m hoping that this number starts increasing shortly.
08/01/23 — Just reached a new milestone of 15 subscribers, but this could always change and decline, so let’s hope it doesn’t.
09/01/23 — Today, one of my fans left a fresh comment…

11/01/23 — I noticed that I had uploaded over 500 videos to this YouTube channel, bringing the total up to 544. That is without today’s uploads!!…
10:28 — Here is a test article that I created using a new automation to start publishing my videos on Medium without having to add them manually.
However, more work needs to be done to make it perfect. The automated share needs certain information added and removed.
The second test is presented below, and while it is far better, there is still work to be done.
I’m currently working on the revisions for this, but I plan to finish it today as well.

There are still some problems here, but I’ll try to fix them in the next attempt
The fourth test
Although it’s pretty near to the concept I’m pushing for, more work needs to be done.
The fifth test
I’m getting there, but the fifth test the article’s headline no longer functions, and it simply looks awful.
The sixth test
The title of the sixth test is still a problem, and additional work must be done to somewhat improve it.
I feel so close but yet so far, this technology should make it easier for us, but yet there is so many steps to get it to work!!!….
The Seventh test
The title is still not appearing, but everything I needed is in there so it’s functioning well for now.
This will be the new automated articles coming out for the RGS Gaming videos that I upload, which will make my life a lot easier.
This is the third automated process I’ve implemented!!
Now that I have more time, I can work on more important things.
I’ll be moving to a new location in the coming month, so this will be my final manually written piece until I can have the offices up and running.
There will be a ton of work to do, but there won’t be any articles until my offices is up and running. I’ll update you all on everything that occurs.
